The AGL‑126 outdoor high‑voltage AC sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the “circuit breaker”) is an outdoor‑mounted, three‑pole, 50 Hz AC high‑voltage switchgear that uses SF₆ gas as both the arc‑extinguishing and insulating medium. It can be used to make and break rated currents and fault currents, switch capacitor banks, and transfer circuits; it may also serve as a tie‑breaker, providing control and protection for transmission and distribution lines and associated equipment.
